Though our Protein Cookies contain less sugar than similar products, they are not keto-friendly or low carb. If you are looking for keto-friendly snacks, our Keto Granola Bars and Keto Nut & Seed Bars are made for you!

We are committed to offering products that are not made with animal-based ingredients or materials. Our recipes use only plant-based ingredients.Temporarily though, milk is declared as an allergen in our keto bars that contain chocolate (in the form of chips or a drizzle) due to potential traces of milk in the supply from our keto chocolate supplier. Our supplier is currently working towards a dairy free certification. This trace allergen warning applies only to our keto chocolate and cocoa products. The chocolate in our Protein Cookies, which are certified vegan, are sourced from a different supplier.

The term “net carbs” refers to carbohydrates that are absorbed by the body. To calculate net carbs, you subtract the fiber, allulose (if present) and glycerin (if present) from the total carbs. The net carb calculation for all of our keto-friendly products can be found on the packaging and on the corresponding product pages. For example, the net carb calculation for our Coconut Cocoa Chip Keto Granola Bar is: Total Carb (12g) - Fiber (4g) - Allulose (5.5g) - Glycerin (0.5g) = 2g Net Carbs

We are proud to make delicious snacks that not only taste great, but make you feel good too! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us directly at smile@munkpack.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a refund or send replacement product if needed.

We don’t have free samples to send out, but an easy way to try our products is through our Variety Packs! Use the discount code on the corresponding product page to get free shipping on your first variety pack purchase.

To calculate net carbs, you subtract the fiber, allulose and glycerin from the total carbs. This is because these nutrients do not impact blood sugar or insulin levels.

For example, the net carb calculation for our Coconut Cocoa Chip Keto Granola Bar is: Total Carb (12g) - Fiber (4g) - Allulose (5.5g) - Glycerin (0.5g) = 2g Net Carbs

We know this may differ from what appears on some online keto trackers and net carb calculator apps, but they are unreliable because they usually fail to factor in allulose and glycerin. We cannot control how these tools function, but we hope as allulose becomes more popular that these companies update their systems to accurately calculate net carbs.

Our Keto Granola Bars are sweetened with allulose and monk fruit. Allulose is a sweetener found naturally in small amounts in maple syrup, figs and raisins. Our source is produced from non-bioengineered corn. Allulose has virtually no impact on blood sugar and insulin. We do not use sugar alcohols or added sugar to sweeten our bars. The 1g sugar in each bar is from naturally occurring sugar in the nuts in this product.

We know that our Keto Granola Bars may cost more than the average granola bar, but the price of our products is a reflection of our commitment to using high-quality, premium ingredients. While some keto-friendly products use sugar alcohols like erythritol or maltitol as sweeteners, we choose to use allulose in our Keto Granola Bars because it doesn’t have any aftertaste, it has virtually no impact on blood sugar and people report it is easier on their digestive system. Our products are also Gluten Free Certified, Non-GMO Project Verified and OU-D Kosher

Yes! When you purchase a Keto Granola Bar Variety Pack you’ll receive one bar of each of our Keto Granola Bar flavors for a total of six bars. You can get free shipping on your first purchase of our variety pack when you use the code FREESHIPBAR1 at checkout.

Made from nuts & seeds instead of oats, these premium bars are a wholesome and delicious snack for any time of day. Coconut, almond butter and flaxseeds are just some of the nutritious ingredients that you can find in our Keto Granola Bars. Find out why we love these ingredients below!

Coconut: The fats in coconut can make it easier for your body to absorb certain vitamins, help keep you feeling full and satisfied, and maintain the health of your cells.

Almonds: A more nutrient dense nut butter compared to its more famous counterpart, this creamy spread is a good source of healthy fats, calcium, magnesium and vitamin E.

Flaxseeds: These tiny seeds may not look like much, but don’t let their size fool you. They are good sources of fiber and one of the best plant-based sources of omega-3 fatty acids.

Our protein cookies serve as an alternative to energy bars, which are typically 40 grams per serving. In order to meet FDA regulations regarding serving sizes, we are required to list no less than 2 servings per container, as our cookies are 84g each.

Our Protein Cookies contain 16g protein! The protein comes from their peanut butter base and a blend of brown rice protein and pea protein.

Our Protein Cookies contain less sugar than similar products, but they are not keto and are not low carb. If you are looking for keto-friendly snacks, we recommend checking out our Keto Granola Bars and Keto Nut & Seed Bars.

All of them! Peanut butter is the base for all of our Protein Cookies because it is a natural source of protein and is a good source of healthy fats. A cheaper and more common option is enriched wheat flour, which has little to no nutritional value and is not gluten free.

Our Protein Cookies are deliciously soft-baked! Since they contain 16g protein you can expect them to be more dense than your average cookie and have a texture more similar to a soft protein bar.
