While some brands use sugar alcohols to sweeten their snacks, we chose allulose for our keto bars because it doesn’t have any aftertaste, it has virtually no impact on blood sugar and people report it is easier on their digestive system.

To calculate net carbs, you subtract the fiber, allulose and glycerin from the total carbs. This is because these nutrients do not impact blood sugar or insulin levels.
For example, the net carb calculation for our Coconut Cocoa Chip Keto Granola Bar is: Total Carb (12g) - Fiber (4g) - Allulose (5.5g) - Glycerin (0.5g) = 2g Net Carbs
We know this may differ from what appears on some online keto trackers and net carb calculator apps, but they are unreliable because they usually fail to factor in allulose and glycerin. We cannot control how these tools function, but we hope as allulose becomes more popular that these companies update their systems to accurately calculate net carbs.
Our Keto Granola Bars are sweetened with allulose and monk fruit. Allulose is a sweetener found naturally in small amounts in maple syrup, figs and raisins. Our source is produced from non-bioengineered corn. Allulose has virtually no impact on blood sugar and insulin.We do not use sugar alcohols or added sugar to sweeten our bars. The 1g sugar in each bar is from naturally occurring sugar in the nuts in this product.
We are committed to offering products that are not made with animal-based ingredients or materials. Our recipes use only plant-based ingredients.
Milk is declared as a trace allergen in some of our products due to occasional ingredients being manufactured in the same facility as other products that use milk. This is following the guidelines set by the FDA for allergen statements.
We know that our Keto Granola Bars may cost more than the average granola bar, but the price of our products is a reflection of our commitment to using high-quality, premium ingredients.
Instead of using oats as the base for our granola bars, almonds are the primary ingredient. In general, almonds cost up to 8x more than oats.
While some keto-friendly products use sugar alcohols like erythritol or maltitol as sweeteners, we choose to use allulose in our Keto Granola Bars because it doesn’t have any aftertaste, it has virtually no impact on blood sugar and people report it is easier on their digestive system.

Almond Butter: A more nutrient dense nut butter compared to its more famous counterpart, this creamy spread is a good source of healthy fats, calcium, magnesium and vitamin E.
Flaxseeds: These tiny seeds may not look like much, but don’t let their size fool you. They are good sources of fiber and one of the best plant-based sources of omega-3 fatty acids.
When soluble tapioca fiber is listed as an ingredient in our products, this is actual soluble tapioca fiber. We do not use isomaltooligosaccharides (IMOs) in any of our products.
I first ordered the mixed variety pack and, much to my surprise, I liked them all. That is unusual for me. These bars are so good, no artificial taste and so low in carbs. I highly recommend them.

Really have to try them! You will be glad you did. Essential sweet snack for people that don't want sugar or a lot of carbs. I don't know what I'd do for hikes without these.
